Teaching meditation and stillness to students who find both difficult — which is most of them. What to do with the person who can't sit, the room that won't settle, and your own discomfort with silence.
Open to certified teachers, and to non-teachers who want to go deep. These are rigorous, and the focus is on learning to teach the subject — come ready to work.
