Elective: Teaching Beginners
How to teach the students most studios don’t support — beginners. Language, cuing, sequencing, and empathy will all be explored. We will develop a short series that supports beginners together and review alignment cues to help students get off to a strong and safe start. We will also explore how to provide support, space for exploration, and challenge in a body that is new to yoga. The handout I provide in my beginner series will be provided along with a discussion on engaging beginners to grow your business.
