Our first session for Module 1 of the 300 hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training Program.
Elective: Yoga for Healthy Aging
Teaching students 50 and beyond — bone density, balance, mobility, cognition, and the pedagogical shifts that make a class serve aging bodies rather than mildly accommodate them.
Module 2: Rest and Retreat
December 4–6 and 11–13, 2026
Fridays 5–8pm, Saturdays and Sundays 12–6pm, at Shine Yoga in Hamburg.
Restorative yoga and yoga nidra — the practices, and then the harder part: how to design a retreat, price it, market it, and lead it without exhausting yourself. Two of the teachers who've done this module now run retreats as a regular part of their income.
Open to teachers with a 200-hour certification from any school. Counts toward the 300-hour certification.
