Verbal cuing first, hands second. Most hands-on training skips the part where you learn what you're actually asking a body to do — which is why we require Module 1 before this one. By the end you'll know how to ask for an action four different ways, and when touching someone is the right answer rather than the easy one.
Module 1 is a prerequisite. Open to teachers with a 200-hour certification who have completed Module 1.
